Property Manager
Location: Bend, OR
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to help oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors while supporting Senior Property Manager with daily operations, administrative duties, financial tasks, and tenant relations.

Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate, or administration preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software a plus
- Ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and owners
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Time management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 – $60,000 dependent on relevant experience and licensing
