“It’s the client that decides they’re your client. From the first transaction to one 10 years from now–the client that makes that choice on a case by case basis. By prioritizing the client relationship and staying honest in all things, clients have trusted me to handle their transactions again and again.” –Walt Ramage

Scope of Service + Experience

Walt excels in portfolio analysis, investment opportunities, and commercial real estate development. His experience includes evaluating and closing complex multi-million dollar transactions, with a notable achievement being the successful development of a 50,000 SF grocery-anchored shopping center in Southwest Bend. His background as a developer and state-licensed assistant appraiser gives him a unique perspective on managing projects from inception to lease-up, always with a focus on achieving optimal returns for his clients.

The ranch brokerage division of NAI Cascade is rooted in Walt’s personal background and extensive experience in the hunting and outdoor industry. His expertise allows him to identify what makes a ranch property truly exceptional. Walt takes pride in being boots on the ground from day one: touring properties, assessing their best use, and working on ranch projects to enhance the true potential of the asset. His passion for hunting and fishing across the West provides him with a unique perspective and deep knowledge of the land he manages.

In 2005, Walt earned recognition as the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s World Elk Calling Champion (professional division), a title showcased on ESPN. His work with prominent outdoor brands like Realtree, Leica, and HOYT, as well as his role as a founding partner of the Full Draw Film Tour in 2009, underscores his significant impact on the industry. The Full Draw Film Tour, a bowhunting film festival, grew to 27 locations and supported hunts for children with life-threatening diseases, marking one of Walt’s most fulfilling projects. After dedicating 6 years to the project, Walt stepped away to focus on his brokerage business and raising twins.

A native Oregonian, Walt has been a Bend resident since 1993. He is married to Danielle and they have three children: Hannah, Tymber, and Garrett.
