Julie Stoner

Julie Stoner was raised in Santa Barbara, CA, where she developed a deep love for the beach and the outdoors. In 2006, she made the move to Bend.

For the past 6+ years, Julie worked as an assistant to a financial advisor, where she managed a wide variety of administrative tasks, including client relations, data management, scheduling, and preparing financial documents. Her strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks made her a key team member in a fast-paced environment.

Julie now brings her strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and problem-solving abilities to NAI Cascade’s Property Management team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, she coordinates maintenance and repairs, assists with budgeting and financial reporting, and provides administrative support to our PM department. Her proactive approach and knack for multitasking help her excel at handling day-to-day operations, keeping tenants, owners and her teammates happy!

Julie is married to a dedicated nurse who works on the heart team at St. Charles. Her daughter Jordan is wrapping up her college career at Linfield while her son Jake is completing his senior year at Caldera High School, excitedly preparing for the next chapters of their lives.

The Stoner household is filled with the energy of two dogs, a tortoise, and hairless guinea pig, who has become quite the celebrity in online pet communities.

Julie is passionate about exploring the great outdoors, whether she’s hunting for agates on the beach, hiking the trails around Bend, snowshoeing in the winter, or simply walking and enjoying nature. She balances her active lifestyle with a love for baking and cooking.
