Hailey Groh, Property Manager, joins NAI Cascade as the newest member of our management team. A licensed Oregon real estate broker, Hailey brings a strong foundation in the industry and a proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships. Her energy, professionalism, and dedication to excellence position her to play a key role in advancing our property management platform and supporting the continued growth and success of our portfolio, delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants.

Before joining our firm, Hailey built a diverse professional background spanning real estate sales and healthcare operations, including leadership positions overseeing multi-site clinic operations and revenue cycle management. Her experience supervising teams, improving workflows, and maintaining strong client relationships translates seamlessly into commercial property management, where attention to detail and responsiveness are essential.

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Western Oregon University. Earlier in her career she held roles with Unity Center for Behavioral Health and Trillium Family Services, where she developed strong skills in leadership, problem solving, and client care.

Outside of work, Hailey is a proud dog mom to Lulu and Molly and recently purchased and renovated her first home, an experience that deepened her passion for real estate and the value of well managed properties.
