Chuck Brazer joins NAI Cascade with 18 years of commercial real estate experience in Oregon with several national investment sales firms. Chuck was drawn to commercial real estate in college as an on-site property manager for several multi-family properties on the University of Oregon campus. His studies in architecture, business and economics gives him a unique perspective of the integration of physical asset and asset management.

“I enjoy working in multifamily because not everyone needs an office, or a storefront, but everyone needs a place to live,” says Chuck. “Oregon is the most accessible market on the West Coast so it’s a great place for investors to get in and build their portfolio. Helping people grow their wealth is extremely fulfilling.”

For the past 11 years, Chuck has been at a boutique commercial firm in Portland. Throughout his tenure, he has closed more than $285 million in multifamily property transactions. He relocated to Central Oregon at the end of 2020, seeking the Bend lifestyle. He continues to grow his book of business and provide exceptional service to existing and new clients throughout Oregon.

Chuck is something of a celebrity in the off-road racing realm.  With friends, he founded the Gambler 500, built on the premise that the car that you raced had to cost less than $500. Their “race tracks” are public lands with the mission of picking up trash along the way. From 2021-2023, more than 4 million pounds of garbage have been removed by Gambler participants. Chuck now owns and oversees his own off-road racing company, HooptieX. Ever the adventurer, he is also working on his pilot’s license.
