Christina Nist joins NAI Cascade property management team with 15 years of building maintenance and management experience. This includes managing major office property portfolios totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet.

Christina is a keenly intuitive problem solver, is very organized, and a proven multitasker. She manages properties with all parties’ best interests in mind. “I can’t say enough about Christina’s level of experience and character,” said Senior Property Manager, Trish Parkes. “She works seamlessly between tenants, owners, and vendors and is able to create harmony in every situation.” Put otherwise, Christina is driven and committed and works to create solutions with a warm approach and heart-driven professionalism.

Christina moved to Bend in 2006. She holds the prestigious titles of Mom and Grandma. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, hiking and golfing in the three warmer seasons and snowshoeing in the winter. And, because Christina’s happy place is the ocean, when she is not working you can catch her traveling to this or that coast.
