Walt’s has worked with Les Schwab several times in his commercial real estate tenure. He represented Les Schwab in their acquisition and use variance for their location on Third Street in Bend earning him the Commercial Real Estate Transaction of the Year in 2020. More recently, he represented Les Schwab in the disposition of their flagship location on Franklin Avenue.
