Sydney Schewe

Licensed Broker, Portfolio Leasing & Business Development

Sydney joins our team as a Licensed Broker, supporting our managed leasing portfolio while expanding her commercial brokerage practice. She holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a minor in Business from Michigan State University, providing a strong foundation in land use, development, and market analysis.

Prior to joining our office, Sydney worked as a Multi-Family Investment & Marketing Intern with NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, where she gained experience in commercial real estate research, marketing, and investment analysis.

Her connection to a fellow NAI affiliate strengthens our ties to the broader NAI Global network, which includes more than 325 offices in 65 countries and over 5,800 real estate professionals worldwide.

Sydney will focus on supporting our existing leasing clients while growing her own portfolio of landlord and tenant representation assignments. Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to build her career in commercial real estate, she represents the next generation of brokerage professionals entering the Central Oregon market.

Sydney moved to Bend after graduation and is proud to call Central Oregon home. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, snowboarding, running, and camping, and values the active outdoor lifestyle the region offers. She is excited to continue to build her network within the community!
