Julia Sutter brings an impressive business acumen to NAI Cascade which can only come from 25+ years’ experience in business operations and management. Julia’s real estate knowledge is derived from her time as a licensed general contractor and owner of a custom home building and design company, an escrow officer and mortgage loan coordinator.

Julia moved to Bend in 2005 with aspirations of being a horse wrangler at Rock Springs Guest Ranch. She joined the ranch’s hospitality department where she helped to coordinate staff and events as well as leading guests on trail rides.  Julia is a master event planner and has facilitated events all over the US.

Julia still wrangles horses, chickens and her 11-year-old daughter Jade on their 20-acre ranch in Bend. Like most Bend residents, she enjoys all things outdoors including hiking and kayaking.
