Prior to joining NAI Cascade, Delia was associated with two of the Pacific Northwest’s largest real estate developers and investment property owners, ScanlanKemperBard Companies (SKB) and Pacific Realty Associates, L.P. (PacTrust). Delia has managed the due diligence & closing process for over $2 billion of commercial real estate transactions nationwide, from single tenant buildings to multi-tenant, portfolios, multi-property type and multi-state transactions. Delia’s extensive experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, refinance and asset management of office, retail, industrial, land, investments, and multi-family. *Bilingual (English & Spanish)

When she’s not knee deep in due diligence research, Delia enjoys cooking for friends, trying new restaurants, live music and Latin dancing. Her chocolate Labradoodle is an important part of her lively family and she loves spending time with all of them enjoying the great outdoor lifestyle that Bend has to offer.
