NAI Cascade Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that our newest Licensed Property Manager is a familiar face to our team, our owners, and our tenants. Julia Sutter obtained her Property Management license in August and was promoted to Property Manager in October. With this promotion, she has been highly focused in expanding the portfolio with properties that align well with NAI Cascade’s objectives.

I get a lot of satisfaction in meeting with new owners and tenants and providing a higher level of communication and support than they are used to.”
Julia has been a part of the property management team at NAI Cascade since July of 2022. She brought with her 25+ years of business operations management that have translated seamlessly to property management.
